Here it is! My Very First Decorated Cake. (Ok, that's not entirely true, I made a cake for my sister's bridal shower a few years ago, but here is where I'm starting from now.) I made this at the first class I attended in November. Unfortunately, I didn't have quite enough chocolate flakes for all the spikes, so they are a little messy (trying to cut up a chocolate flake into thin pieces is not easy. And I had to eat the pieces that were too small to use...) and I ended up sprinkling the broken bits over the top as well.
Ta da!! A hedgehog! I named him Harrison. And then ate him (with help from a few other people).
